As many things that come from Japan, Rauh Welt Begriff (RWB) bodykits are not for everybody, but those who appreciate them enjoy fetish-like benefits after fitting their Porsche with such apparels. To make things even more extreme, RWB only works on old Porsche, where that rear-engined feel is stronger than anything. We are here now to give you a taste of what the Porsche scene in the Land of Rising Sun looks like.
The Porsche 964 Cabriolet, produced from 1989 through 1993, marked a significant overhaul in design and engineering from its predecessor, the 930. The 964 was unveiled as the Carrera 4 for the first time, the “4” referring to all-wheel drive, a first for Porsche models. The Carrera 2, a rear-wheel drive version, was debuted a year later. Updated aerodynamics were also integrated into the beauty of the 964, which resulted in a lower drag coefficient of .32. The Porsche 964 introduced coil springs, ABS brakes, and power steering as regular elements into their flagship’s lineup as well.
